Reserving Your Adventure

Securing your space on a High Mountain Expeditions adventure is easy. Simply call 1.828.898.9786 and speak to a member of our knowledgeable adventure consultant team, use our online information request form or simply complete your reservation online. If you are unsure which adventure best fits your needs let our team of adventure consultants guide you through the process, ensuring you find the perfect adventure that fits your needs and desires.

Advanced reservations are highly recommended. Because of the relative short nature of our operating season and number of available slots on our adventures, slots fill up quickly. However, High Mountain Expeditions will do everything possible to accommodate last minute reservations.

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of your reservation and can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or money order. Payment is due in full 30 days prior to the departure of your adventure. For your convenience, with your permission, High Mountain Expeditions can automatically process your credit card when the balance is due.

To reserve your High Mountain Expeditions adventure, go to the Adventures page, select your specific trip and book online there. Couldn’t be easier!

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you need to cancel your adventure, please notify us as soon as possible. High Mountain Expeditions offers the most flexible cancelation policy in the industry. Reservations for adventures of less than 9 people can be canceled up to 24 hours before departure time for a full refund. Groups larger than 10 can cancel their reservation up to 7 days before their departure time for a full refund. Unfortunately reservations made inside of the cancelation window will forfeit the full cost of their adventure. High Mountain Expeditions will not issue any refund for guest arriving late or leaving the adventure early.

Our cancelation policy applies to every adventure we offer and there will be no exceptions. We regret we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies.
